My background in Counseling Education & the

strategies and skills that you will learn; will bring

your life’s vision into focus and integrate your life and the ones

whose lives you touch.

I began my career in constructivist education and counseling, and then trained in Reggio Emilia Italy. I have studied and obtained credentials in Social Emotional Learning through CARE and Breathe4Change. I have a contemplative education and counseling practice and am an alumnae of Bank Street College of Education and Fordham University.

Professor and clinical supervisor of teacher training for the City University of New York.

Meditation, contemplative educator and Yoga Instructor: 200 hr CYT with an M.S.Ed. counseling degree from Bank Street College of Education.

About the lesson

We will establish a focus and collaborate on the path forward, bringing new skills learned, practiced and integrated into your daily life.

I have worked with all ages from preschool through adult. And continue to integrating holistic learning through the arts and sciences.

Learning is fun and expansive; there is inquiry and surprise in learning. If you dream it; you can make it happen.

I love the photography and meditation series that I teach every Fall and Spring in the Hudson Valley. The attendees come away with a transformational attitude toward their work, new insights and skills and renewed enthusiasm.

I am currently consulting with school and districts on moving forward in our changing times; using transformational and contemplative learning practices that are effective in the virtual and blended classrooms.

I have recently returned from a 3 year school start-up project in Nepal. I am the education consultant to Mingyur Rinpoche.
