About Jerred
Photography has helped me see the world in new and more beautiful ways. I've taught hundreds of students how to love their camera more, take better photos, and do more with their photography.

I started 18 years ago teaching high school photography classes. I then started doing 1-on-1 photography sessions for adults and professionals to help them achieve their goals.
I have taught photography for 18 years and had a successful wedding photography business with my wife for 12. I've worked with many professional photographers and also spend time contracting at a camera store.

I find out what you hope to accomplish, and we work from there. I have experience working with students at all levels and can help you achieve their goals.
I've worked with students from 14 to 70 of all different experience levels.
Get someone with patience and positivity. Photography, at its core is very simple, but there is a LOT going on under the surface. Finding someone to be more of a guide and facilitator will help you grow.
I love teaching in-person classes. I recently took a group of beginning photographers to the sandhills of Nebraska for a photo adventure. I enjoyed seeing them grow in their skills with hands-on learning!
