About John
I challenge my students by giving them real-world creative challenges. This helps them to capture beautiful images with intent, regardless of their circumstances.
I love the moment of excitement a student creates something from what they learned. It makes me happy to see others get as excited to create as I do.
I have an Associates Degree in Science for Digital Photography as well as 7 years of professional experience.

Everybody's needs are unique, so I like to have a chat with my new students to see what exactly they are looking for, what their current skill level is, and when kind of camera equipment they have.
I've helped single moms who just want to take better pictures of their kids to art students working on big projects.
Don't be embarrassed or shy. We take pictures because its fun to create!
