About David
My experiences are so diversified that over the years 40+ years of my photography career. I have photographed landscapes, sports, weddings, portraits, architectural, products, models, lifestyle, medical and legal
I managed camera stores and photo studios. In the camera sales I was very successful because not only did I sell the equipment BUT I taught my customers how to use their equipment!
This diversity crosses over meaning I easily adapt to whatever I need to photograph.
Add in the creativity and technical and our work stands out from the crowds.
Add my PhotoShop skills and my images make us stand out more!
Photography has been my passion since I was a teenager. I purchased my first 35mm camera at 16 in 1974...yes I am a creative dinosaur...lol and was bit by the shutterbug instantly...lol
I have had the blessing of working with some the the greatest celebrities to the hard working blue collar people like myself.
To me each new photo assignment is a challenge to create great images for my client. I enjoy creating these images and the reactions of the clients.
I enjoy the creativity that PhotoShop offers me. HDR toning makes my creativity on steroids.
My teaching has been from a camera store background. I had a huge following because not only did I sell them a camera but I tought them how to use it. If I processed the photos or if they brought them to me I would go over them and give them advice.
As new photographers work with me I help to polish their skills
No formal training but hold a PHD in real world experiences.
Years of seminars and classes to see how other photographers work.

The first step is communication with the student to see their skill set and what aspects of photography they are interested in learning more about. From the technical to the creative I will assist in teaching by showing the student what they wish to learn with hands on real world experience. I will go over the workings or mechanics of a camera. Ask the student to bring some images to go over them together or provide a assignment. Maybe even go somewhere and take some images together.
New ways to learn if distance is a issue....Now available on-line remote access. I use (concealed information) this allows a secure way to have access to your computer to teach using your camera, PhotoShop, file management etc. we would also use phones to communicate...emailing of your photos for review
Plus... Facetime, Skype and phone lessons are also available!
Mainly amatuer photo buffs and part time weekend photographers. From beginner to professionals!
Be clear on your objectives and what you wish to learn
Be open to possible critism because it will strengthen your skills in the future. I know because I used critism to my advantage.
Recently I worked for Tampa International Airport at the Sun N Fun flyin.
For 6 days we wow'd attendees of the show with our unique green screen photos, on-site printing and mobile photo uploads.
This was a showcase event for me
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

Perfect! In talking with David he was just what I was looking for. I bought two 1-hour sessions with him for a friend who got a new digital camera and really wanted to learn how to use it. David sent me gift certificates to give her for a birthday present. I can't wait to see what she learns!!!!

David was a total pro in helping me to understand studio lighting. He showed me ways to using different types of lights. He talks to you not at you
