About Michelle
Hello folks!
My name is Michelle Bellasis and have been teaching in person and virtual lessons in painting and drawing including watercolor, acrylic & oil painting.
I graduated from Otis College of Art & Design In Fine Arts in 2013. I have experience running specified workshops in arts and crafts in the Los Angeles area and Portland, Oregon over the last five years. My teaching methodology in teaching art is there is no such thing as making a mistake when creating artwork.
I find teaching art not only helps clients gain technical skills but also critically think and process how to find your own personal voice in art. I'm very versed in sculpture, printmaking, photography and of course painting. While in Portland Oregon I had the pleasure to work for Gamblin Artist Colors and truly understand the science of mixing color.
