About Nicholas
We specialize in functional movement and injury prevention by improving movement patterns in the athlete. By correcting the movement patterns, we teach the body to move properly- making stronger, healthier and more knowledgeable athletes. Our ideal candidate is a high-level athlete looking to excel in their specific sport.
BS in Kinesiology from Indiana University
Certified Personal Trainer
Certified Group Fitness Instructor
Former Collegiate Rugby Athlete ( Indiana University )

Every new athlete will perform a Functional Movement Screen to assess their movement pattern. Depending on the athletes goals, they may also perform a Speed and Agility assessment.
I have experience training collegiate athletes for Rugby, Football, Basketball, Volleyball and Golf.
I also have experience with youth sport performance.
