I began a journey to health and well-being about 10 years ago. I felt like yoga was such an important practice for me personally I wanted to share the practice with the world.
I’m a certified Health Coach and have been trained by the industries finest. Deepock Chopra, Joshua Rosenthal, David Katz, md and Oprah Winfrey to mention a few. I am also certified in Yoga instruction.

We take a new student through a short consultation and determine a program that works best for them.
Cancer patients, recovering injured patients, women after delivery, clients suffering from all types of aliments and mental capacities.
I love being outside and really embedding my self in nature. Outside yoga class at sunrise was such a beautiful experience. I would hope to add this to my schedule.

Our programs are designed to align with the client and their needs. The costs align with the individual plan. On average a yoga class is $12 and our six month program starts out at $1500.
