About Shellita
Real people working real hard to get real results. We take our business personal and you are our priority.
We make fitness fun and practical geared towards long term success not a quick fix. Our trainers have a military mom training style. Tough enough to take no excuses but tender enough to help you over your hump.
I havebeen a trainer for over 20 years and I never get tired of seeing smiles and confidence on the faces of clients when they accomplish a goal.
I teach various aspect of fitness from kickboxing to bosy sculpting to spinning and more. Because i was a group ex director in a commercial gym,I armed myself with every certification i could to assure my classes would never be canceled if an instructor called in.
