About Paul
I’ve been helping people reach there fitness goals for years. I am an ACE certified personal trainer who also professionally trained and competed in boxing. I keep workouts safe for a variety of clients while progressing and regressing as needed, but still pushing my clients to their personal limits.
I love fitness, health, and wellness, and I offer boxing lessons, strength and conditioning, mobility, flexibility, and yoga work.
I enjoy working with my clients and seeing them progress toward their goals!
I started teaching when I was in the peak of my boxing career at a gym in northern Illinois. I loved training my clients and started to do it outside of the gym environment.
