About Alex
I have over a decade of fitness experience, specializing in activating muscles, bodybuilding and athletic exercises. I have a strong focus on functional training for longevity as I want to be able to help as many clients stay strong, fit and healthy for as long as possible. I graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2015 with a degree in Psychology. I currently am coaching kids and adults in a group fitness setting, teaching them to do ninja warrior. I also started doing 1 on 1 personal training sessions in mid 2023 after getting NASM certified as a trainer in April 2023. I look forward to growing as a trainer and helping as many people as I can.
