About
First off I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the Nation Academy of Sports Medicine I also am very close to passing my Corrective Exercise Specialist exam. I learned how to walk as a baby by playing basketball. My whole life has been a long workout. My fitness plan for myself and for those that I train is based on all of the ideas of wellness, health, longevity, and prosperity. To my people that I train for professional leagues, I emphasize that you all have to prepare yourself for life after the league also. It's not just about making it to the league. I preach living fit and healthy for as long as alive.
