About Dulon

My passion is wealth in health for my fitness family and each potential client. I have built an individual rapport with my clients and watched them grow and defeat all types of obstacles. I train every fitness level (from beginners to those looking to challenge themselves) and a variety of age groups from Student Athletes (watching their path to college and even professional sports) to Active Seniors (feeling energized and building strength). Our training facility is unique with our live DJ and positive and upbeat atmosphere. We offer specialty classes including Dumbbell Rock and Zumba Pop, Warrior Workouts, Battleropes, HipHop Spin, TRX suspension and resistance workouts and more. I like to see people excited about their fitness so I continue to create speciality classes to keep it intersting. My passion brings the 'elite' energy that progresses everyone to give it their all and meet their goals. Our motto is I AM I CAN I WILL. Some stand-out accomplishments are training and coaching student athletes, I am contracted with Kaiser Permanente to train their staff. Some students that have gone through my program have received college scholarships. Upon meeting, many have different goals set in mind. Some want to lose weight, build muscle and tone up. Others may have another goal set in mind; beating depression, defeating fear or wanting a healthier lifestyle due to health scares. My program is tailored for all walks of life and their unique goals. My program is personalized and the focus is strengthening the mind, body and spirit. Though I am recognized for Top Trainer 2012 in Solano Fitness Magazine, Coach of the Year and most recently, voted as #1 Health Club in Vacaville 2019, most accomplishments are not publically recognized. I am honored to follow the professional baseball career of Willie Calhoun of the Texas Rangers, I am blessed to watch people heal from their ailments, I am overjoyed when diabetes is reversed, cholesteral is within standard ranges, depression medicine is no longer needed and most of all watching the victories because of their consistency and hard work. I have been doing this since 2007 and my passion and creativity continues to manifest in the most rewarding and healthy way, for not just me- but for my FitFamily.
