About Eman
Since 2008 I made the best decision of my life and decided to pursue my career as a personal trainer .
im a full time wife , mom and a personal trainer which could be very challenging at times to stay in shape my self . I'm able to design short and fun workouts that could be performed from home or any where I go and that's how I stay consistent, motivated and able to help all my clients do the same , specially on their busiest weeks or days with work .
I enjoy making a difference in people's lives . Changes could be from feeling happier about them selves , gaining confidence , getting stronger , losing weight or simply able to climb a set of stairs easier .
