About Barbara
BASI Pilates Academy graduate. I am a former competitive Ice Dancer who began practicing Pilates in 1998 and has been teaching since 2006. My clients range from 12 to 98 years young at all fitness levels. I am especially passionate about helping people with injuries and chronic conditions get their lives back.
