About Gene
I've been coaching various sports at all levels since I was in high school (over 20 years of experience). I decided to start my own business after working as an engineer and deciding I wanted to have more fun at my work.

Certified in personal training, nutrition, CrossFit, kettlebells and Olympic weightlifting I've coached a wide variety of clients over the years with goals ranging from weight-loss to high-perfarmance sports. For most people working out is all about general health and fitness - this is acheivable through small group classes (much easier financially) but if you have specific goals or an odd schedule personal training can let you acheive your goals much quicker.
If you're serious about acheiving your goals I'm here to get you there.
I do all the coaching, I won't hand you off to a newbie with 0-3 years of experience and no investment in getting you to your goals.
