My specialty is:
-Mobile fitness for the mature market of 65+. I love working with this population and its the only population I work with!

I got started right after college when some of my patients asked if they could work with me once they were discharged from the Hospital.
I'm a PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant) with an undergraduate degree in biology and psychology. Currently, I work full time as a PTA at Sandia National Labs. In the mobile personal training setting, however, I work as a functional aging specialist personal trainer and I'm keen on listening to your story and your goals while creating a plan to help get you get stronger and improve your balance so life is easier. I'm certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and FAI (Functional Aging Institute).

I meet potential clients for a free 30 min consult to see if I'm the best fit for their fitness/health needs and goals.
I've worked with all age groups and abilities over the years. In the last 10 plus years, I've grown very fond with helping people over 60 get stronger, improve balance, and improve their ability to live again! Besides being a balance specialist, i'm also experienced in working with parkinson's disease as well as post rehab.
Don't look for the cheapest. Quality and experience counts!
