About Kimberley
I specialize in improving form and functional movement, and teaching people to live healthy, fit lives. If you want to get fit, lean, strong and healthy but you’ve got a sore joint, health or immune disorder or other physical limitations, or you just want to improve your form and bio-mechanics, then I’m the coach for you. I am certified in Performance and Corrective Training, have a background in Anatomy and Physiology and I’ve worked in fitness for ten years.
My clients say my best attribute is that I will push you beyond your comfort zone while being encouraging, fun and positive.
Your program begins with a free consultation, body composition and postural assessment. Then we design a program to suit your goals and your body.

I offer 1:1 and small group training in a private, air conditioned gym near Date St and Jefferson in Murrieta.
