About Luis
In 2011, I obtained my personal training certification from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). I also hold a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. During my undergrad, I spent a year and a half researching Heart Rate Variability. As an avid runner with a strong understanding in human physiology and biomechanics, I pursue my own research to accurately improve people’s cardiorespiratory fitness and biomechanics. With eight years of training experience, visionary knowledge, and undertaking the complexity of human movement to educate, teach, and decipher issues amongst my own clients is how I not only separate myself from the crowd, but fuel the fire to my purpose!

First, a consultation is done in person, via phone or web. Second, keeping the client's goal(s) in mind, the first few sessions consist of restoring the integrity of their musculoskeletal structure. In simple terms, we stabilize the spine and hips by strengthening the musculature around these structures. Third, we work on the client's goal(s). Throughout the entire process, we add value to the training program through education and insight.
