As a person that suffers from autoimmune disease, I personally know how medical conditions make a fitness lifestyle harder to follow yet I never let it deter me. I not only conquered my body, but became a bodybuilder and won multiple shows in the bikini division. I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer specializing in bodybuilding and nutrition and have over 5 years of training experience. Let me help you discover your dream body and what you are capable of.
