Safe, Sensible and Successful is my motto!

I have been a personal trainer for 12 years. I worked at a large gym for 9 years. I added Pilates Instuctor to my tool box and opened my own studio on Camano Island.

Whether you're wanting a low impact workout or an intense booty kicking type workout or somewhere between I can help.

My goal is your success!

I am certified Personal Trainer for 12 years.

Pilates instructor 3 years.
