About Kelly
Kelly Hay Brown certified personal trainer and dietician located in Springdale/Fayetteville Arkansas. I have 20 years experience. I specialize in women’s training and fitness. I work with a range of women from women interested in getting back into shape after many years, girls training for pageants, or loosing 50 or more pounds.
I love seeing my clients set goals and reach those goals. When people feel good about themselves especially women it teaches into so many different area of their life.
