About Ellen
I am a certified licensed Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA); thereby in a unique position to strengthen the body with injury performance and performance enhancement in harmony. I have experience working with young athletes and older folks who are seeking to preserve muscle mass and function in their lives. I am committed to a judgement free and health at every size approach. I am looking to help you meet your goals, motivate and inspire you, and actually have fun in the process.
