About Phala
My name is Phala and I am a Certified Personal Trainer in San Leandro. After years of trying to workout on my own and not getting the results that I wanted as fast as I wanted them I decided to seek help to push me to limits that I could not do on my own. I ended up falling in love with working out and eventually became a Personal Trainer. I enjoy helping others reach the same limits I was once after, helping clients live a more healthier lifestyle. I offer one on one training, group training and Bootcamps.
I am Certified through NESTA
