Start with a fitness evaluation where I learn your Fitness history your medical history and your goals. Then design a program to help you achieve the goals in a realistic timeline. Then we go to work.
I have worked with teens and seniors and everyone in between. I have worked with athletes including baseball players football players and your ordinary weekend warrior. I help people with weight loss body shaping and strength training.

We have pricing for 1 hour sessions and half hour sessions. We also have tiered pricing if you want to buy 10 or 20 sessions up front then the cost will go down.
