Helping people reach their goals from experience and doing it the right way in a state of the art facility with all the equipment necessary . Hard work and determination, not short cuts or a “quick fix” because those don’t exist in fitness !

Changed my own lifestyle and wanted to help others who struggled like me .
ASFA master trainer certified , CPR certified , 4 years community college with credit in courses in the exercise science curriculum including nutrition, excercise testing and exercise prescription.

Devin is such a knowledgeable, and FUN trainer! Always enjoy getting my butt kicked with his workouts... highly recommended!!!
Found Devin on Instagram, I workout regularly but can always use a personal training session to break up my routine and to learn some new things. Gym is easy to get to, ample parking is available, facility is large, clean, well equipped and nicely ventilated. Devin is awesome and super knowledgeable! Great training session. He made it challenging yet fun. He's my new personal trainer. Highly recommend him!!!
He relates to my personal struggles with weight and food and is a real human about it!
