About Margaret

I work with athletes of all ages and backgrounds.

I have worked at 3 different locations as a Sports Performance Trainer and dry land coach for hockey and soccer. I am able to adapt to my surroundings and equipment availbale to me.

I also have experience with one-on-one training especially with young student athletes.

I graduated in 2019 from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.

I work at a private gym in Saint Paul as a group fitness coordinator/creator of 45 minute long workouts

For a year and a half I have worked as a full time Sports Performance Trainer at Acceleration North

Everyday this past summer I trained dry land hockey sessions for boys ages 8-18 at Gentry Hockey Academy, as well as one month working with OS girls dryland hockey training.

I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from the U of M, Duluth

About the lesson

Upon meeting new clients, I will ask you about your age, level of current activity, where you see yourself in your fitness goals, and if there are any underlying health conditions I should be aware of
