About Chris
I teach my students to use traditional Taoist methods to harness the power of nature to enhance their own health. No drugs are required. This is coupled with the practice of tai chi to achieve the goal of cultivating one's own body, internal and external balance. It is especially suitable for middle-aged and elderly people, as well as those who work in sedentary offices for a long time and those who do not like intense exercise. Can be practiced at any time without any equipment requirements.
