About Alisabeth

I am passionate about helping people live their best lives even in the presence of disease and disability. I specialize in helping people with Parkinson's, post cancer treatment, elders, and post surgery clients, thrive and manage symptoms. I am proficient in weight loss, functional training and golf spicific training. I have trained clients from all over the world in their homes and in many elite country clubs, like PGA West, The Hideaway, Indian Wells Tennis club and La Quita Country Club. I have 30 years experience and worked for years in a chiropractic office as an Exercise Therapist.

I have taught many classes such as strength, golf specific training, boot camps, stadium classes, senior and chair classes.

Both of my parents passed away from lifestyle related disease and it inspired me to want to help other people live healthier, active lives.

I am NASM certified, worked in a Chiropractic office as an Exercise Therapist, and have 20+ years of continuing Education

About the lesson

I have worked with, ALS, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, post cancer, elder clients, golfers wanting to improve their game, weight loss, athletes, body builders, post replacement surgery, post injury rehab, and injury prevention

The professional should pay close attention to form and be able to communicate effectively in terms that you understand and can grasp. Look for experience and certifications.

I worked stretch therapy w golfers at the Humana Classic golf tournament and led the stretches for the Humana run/walk event.
