About Christi
I'm a fulltime working mother, with a Masters of Public Health and a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science. I know how hard it can be to juggle work, family, your personal life, and your health, but I have found easy ways to do it all and still live life to the fullest.
I love helping busy people get their health back and not only feel their best, but treat themselves the way they deserve to be treated!
