About Rory
As an athlete my whole life, fitness was always a part of improving my performance and feeling better. I realized how good it feels to continue a healthy lifestyle and I want to help others feel the same way by achieving their goals!
I've been a personal trainer for almost ten years now since I graduated college. I'm an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and also a certified Flexibility Specialist, Kettlebell Instuctor, and Cycling Instructor.
I realize how important this journey is for you and I will do everything to help you along the way!
I enjoy helping people in general and being able to make a difference in their lives through health and fitness. It's rewarding to know people feel better and/or are happier because of what I can do for them to reach their goals.

I first meet up with a new student to get to know them a little more and discuss everything they are looking to achieve from our training sessions. Based off of their goals, I will create a training program specific to their wants and we will then create a schedule of times to meet.
When we first start our trainings, I will see what they are capable of performing safely, which will give me a better idea of how to progress through our sessions.
