About Josie

Hi, My name is Josie, I have loved fitness for a long time and not only apply that to the workouts i create special for each persons' goals and needs but i also apply the knowledge I learned from going to and graduating The National Personal Training Institute. I dedicate my life to fitness and helping people meet their goals. I have been a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructing for over 2 years.
