About Layton

Hello we at Hulkout Fitness works with Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning , Track & Field , Basketball , Soccer & Football. All trainers at Hulkout Fitness are either previous athletes ( College Experience and Up and worked with all levels of experience from beginners - professionals ) and as well all personal trainers are certified and cpr certified. We have been able to be successful due to we simply love what we do. We are here to provide results. We all as trainers thrive off our customers results, besides just training look to build good long term relations. When working with us our goal is to help develop you mentally and physically in whatever goals you aspire and look forward to doing our best to help get you the goals your looking to hit.

About the lesson

Personal trainer lessons offered by Layton are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Phoenix. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.

Perfect! Layton has been training my son in football, speed, and agility for 6 months and the improvement is sensational. Layton is the best trainer we've ever had. His techniques are amazing and his motivational spirit is inspirational. Jake looks forward to every session with Layton and can't thank him enough for all the gains! We HIGHLY recommend Layton!

Perfect! Layton is like no other. He has been training my two sons 16 and 11 for the past few months. He trains them in basketball once a week and leg training once a week. He is great with kids and relates to them. My kids love going to training with Layton and look forward to it. Layton knows what he’s doing and uses the best techniques to enhance my kids basketball skills. My 16 year old has increased his vertical since working with him and my 11 year old has gotten quicker and his vertical has increased as well. He is a great guy to work with and such a positive attitude. So glad I found Layton and wouldn’t want any other trainer for my kids.
