About Lavicent
I have been a personal trainer for the past ten years. I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and live healthier lifestyles. Over the years, I have worked with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. From beginners who are just starting their fitness journey to seasoned athletes looking to take their training to the next level, I have helped countless individuals transform their bodies and their lives. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, including exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
I'm a certified personal trainer. A degree in health and nutrition, and I have over ten years of experience training people of all ages.

When working with a new personal training client, the first step is to conduct an initial consultation to discuss their fitness goals, exercise history, and any injuries or health concerns. From there, I develop a personalized workout plan tailored to their goals and fitness level, and we begin training sessions either one-on-one or in a small group setting. Throughout the training process, I regularly track progress and adjust the plan to ensure that the client is progressing steadily toward their goals. Additionally, I provide ongoing support and encouragement to help keep the client motivated and on track to achieving their desired results.
