About Steven
I stand out from other personal trainers by having a bachelors degree in exercise science, having over 5 years of personal training experience, ensuring my clients are comfortable with exercises we do, always putting safety first, ensuring an appropriate timeline to get the results my clients need, and most importantly guaranteeing them the results they desire.
I love seeing my clients reaction when they have achieved their fitness/health goals that they have worked so hard for.
I started training in 2013 at a gym in NY. Then I obtained my degree where I really fell in love with health and exercise.
Bachelor's Degree in exercise science.
A.C.E certified Personal Trainer.
CPR/AED certified.
