About Rashawn

I'm certified by ISSA, I'm a former athlete and assistant coach. I have more fun seeing clients get their results than I do the actual training. I have a thing for pushing people to be a better them. Let's get this work in.

It all started when I was working at LA Fitness selling gym memberships. They allowed me to do first time training sessions and the clients loved the way I trained them. Years later I wanted to leave my new job but didn't know what I wanted to do and I remembered my happy moments at LA Fitness which was when I was doing the first time sessions. I decided to get certified and when I saw the excitement in my first real clients eyes when she first saw progression it gave me an adrenaline rush, it was over from there.

I'm certified by ISSA.

About the lesson

I meet my students first and go over goals, eating habits and any possible medical concerns. Then we will go over how many days a week we'll be training. After, we'll establish a setting for our training, discuss prices and let the training begin.

Asthmatic, pregnant, young athletes, students with herniated discs, students with recovering knees.

I'd say to make sure you're ready to really make a change because until you are, hiring a trainer won't help you, only your dedication can.
