About Jeffrey
I am an ISSA, ACE and NASM certifiesd Master Trainer with over 20 years experience. My journey began as I embarked upon loosing 127 lbs. which I have done ✅ and maintained. My passion is to teach my clients the methods and modalities of functional based training and fitness which I have used to attain my goals, in order help them to reach theirs. I also educate them in nutrition. Stressing that their food to be the foundation of their wellness journey.
The joy, strength and freedom that I feel having achieved my own wellness goals is what I love to help others attain. It is my gift to help others unlock the gifts and possibilities that are within them, and I love to do so.

I begin with a free verbal assessment that usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes. During that time we discuss their medical history, goals and reasons for seeking professional training and nutritional guidance. I like to be able to look through their eyes in Ofer to guide them to where they want to go.
