About Genevieve

A certified ACE Personal trainer, Genevieve is an Australian dancer, fitness professional, and teacher!

With almost 10 years of experience working with children and adults in all things fitness and dance, she is passionate about helping you reach your goals with a positive and holistic approach!

She offers personal training and small groups for all ages in fitness genres: strength and conditioning, weight loss, barre, flexibility, dance fitness, or a mix! As a professional dancer, Genevieve also offers dance classes in ballet, jazz, and modern for all ages and abilities as well as dance conditioning and injury rehabilitation/ prevention.

Genevieve began assistant teaching at just 14 years old and grew to become a full dance and fitness instructor by 18 years. She has worked in every field of dance and fitness since.

Genevieve holds a current first aid/ CPR training certificate as well as an ACE Personal training certification.

She graduated with an advanced diploma in performing arts majoring in dance and voice and is currently pursuing further study in elite exercise and nutrition.

About the lesson

Genevieve will determine the student's goals both short and long term and design a lesson plan. She always makes sure the student feels comfortable and confident in whatever they are doing to ensure a positive experience. She loves feedback and working with the student to make the best lesson for everyone!

Children and adults of all ages, abilities, and goals. Genevieve also has experience and training in teaching dance and fitness to students with disabilities.
