About the lesson

First we have a conversation. I have a few questions and so do you -- let's see if we're a fit.

Most everything is done remotely, so we can use the phone, Zoom, Factime . . . whatever works.

Your physical practice will be an individual thing and will be created based on your needs. You'll never wonder what you're supposed to be doing.

Adults wanting to live stronger, longer the second half of life.

Providing the foundation for a lifetime of physical activity for Student athletes.

It's all about doing the right amount of the right stuff at the right time -- it's about the dose.

It's gotta be a fit. Ask questions -- if the answer is unclear, ask more questions. Still not sure . . . move on.
