About Haley
I love helping others feel good about themselves! I work one on one with women to help them accomplish their fitness goals. I will customize your workout sets specifically for you and your desires. After graduating college with a bachelors in psychology, in 2016, I become passionate about Physical health. Our physical health has such a large impact on our emotional health as well.

Women's health is my focus. After having my daughter I made it my mission to figure out what works and doesn't work when it comes to loosing weight in a healthy way and getting toned.
We will make a personalized workout plan for you and i will share my tips and secrets on how to loose weight in a healthy way and how to keep it off. I am also available to help with a meal plan. Diet culture is wack! I will share with you different foods that you can enjoy all day long without regrets and still be able to have the foods you love as well.
I graduated with a bachelors in psychology and have been involved with some form of sports training my whole life.

I like to first sit down with all my students and go over their list of goals and what they want to accomplish (get toned, loose weight. Etc). Together we will make a plan to achieve these goals, a meal plan can also be included.
