About Megan
I am glad to see you are taking a step to your health. The services I offer can focus on nutrition and/or personal training. ALL my services are online so I bring health to you- on your own time! If you are looking just for personal training I create custom workouts for clients, I have the highest qualification as a personal trainer through American College of Sports Medicine and I teach grout fitness classes. My job is to encourage, motivate and keep you safe!
If you would like more info about nutrition hold a Master's Degree in Holistic nutrition, I have services for all budgets. I offer custom nutrition consulting to free online wellness challenges.
