About Joe
My training stands out from traditional personal training due to the fact it is not a cookie cutter workout. Every person that comes in goes through a series of tests and exercises to see their weak points and what needs the most attention moving forward as well as a sit down meeting with the client about their individual goals. The training is then planned for each individual and then trained in a large private facility!
I enjoy the fact i can help individuals be the best them they can be. I have the tools and knowledge to help people take themselves whre they cant go themself. Fitness paves the way to a better life and i love the fact i can show this to various individuals.
