About Christina
I am a dancer and a certified Pilates instructor. I have been teaching since 2000, and I have experience with all levels of fitness, from the very injured to the very fit. I focus on privates and small groups to ensure proper form and give modifications based on personal needs.
I enjoy helping students work on their form, allowing them to diminish pain and/or improve performance.
