About

My name is Melissa and I have been a fitness enthusiast for the last 20 plus years! I have taught stroller exercise classes, teens with eating disorders to training seniors in a retirement home. I enjoy working with all ages and exploring all different types of training.

Additionally, Exercise has helped get me through much adversity, to include raising 6 kids! I want to share with others that fitness is a gift that makes you feel better, relieves stress, and gives you a sense of strength to get through every day and situation. I am a believer that there’s no excuses and you can do anything you set your mind to!
