About Kevin
I got started as a trainer while doing my very own physical transformation. I loved how I was feeling and I knew that I could help people with their own journeys.
I am a certified ISSA personal Trainer with 3 years experience in the training field.

I reach out to the client either in person or email with a questionnaire about what they are trying to acheive. We talk about goals, current nutrition, current activity and any kind of health issues. I then set up a workout plan for the client and schedule times to meet and workout. I will track the clients progress along the way by doing progress pictures and body measurements.
I have worked with several people ranging from clients that were looking for strength training to those focused on weight loss.
Find someone that is personable. Find someone that has the experience that fits your goals. Hiring a personal trainer is just what it says, its personal. Find someone who will do good in the gym but is available through email or text.
