About Trey
Hey Everyone!
My name is Trey Shaw! I'm an 1 on 1 in person and Online Personal Trainer! I create Monthly Fitness plans Online that are suitable for my clients. I also give provide nutritional advice and Meal plans! I want to change lives and help people love the skin that they are in. My #1 goal is helping my client reach their goals by pushing them physically and mentally! I've been close to fitness and sports my whole life so I have a deep passion for it. I also Have a Pre-Med degree so I understand the body inside and out!! You can also reach me through instagram (concealed information)
I enjoy changing people lives by helping them transform their bodies inside and out. It gives me joy to know I've made a difference no matter how big or small. Fitness is my calling and I know that's what I was put on Earth to do!
