About Joshua
I have been a trainer for 23 years and love what I do. I have worked with many clients with various fitness goals. I am professional and easy going. I do various types of workout to switch up the routine regularly. I am positive and enjoy high energy to get you motivated.
Being able to get clients to their goals. Connect with others and keep my clients motivated.
I started out at Bally total fitness back in 2000. Then went on to work as Master trainer at la fitness. It occurred to me that I wanted to serve more people so I Create Trulyfit360. It has been great and I enjoy what I do.
I evaluate them to see where they are currently. Then I build a program for them. We never do the same workout so your body doesn’t get use to it. And also you don’t get bored.

II have worked with men and women who want to lose that last 10 pounds. Even those who would like to lose a significant amount of weight. I train those in a realistic fashion that can be used functionally everyday. My goal is to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of age and where you are starting.
