About Emily
Emily is a proud native from Raleigh, North Carolina and received her undergraduate degree in Human Biology with a minor in Sports Science from North Carolina State University (Wolfpack nation). Her interest in blending sports medicine, rehabilitation, and orthopedics led her to receive her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Emory University and to being NSCA certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is passionate in using her education and continuous knowledge of physical therapy, kinesiology, and sports science in helping individuals to reach their full functional potential and live their best quality of life.
