About Amber

I’ve been training now for a few years and working independently I have experienced so much more joy than working in a gym. I get to actually connect with my clients and build a real relationship with them. This helps my clients feel more comfortable with me and their goals. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and have trained in basically everything, plyometrics, speed training, weight lifting, you name it. I am also going to school to become a physical therapist so the human body and fitness is a HUGE part of me. And I want it to be a HUGE part of my clients life as well! I actually got started by training my friends, I found joy in doing this and one of my friends who is a trainer told me I needed to work for the gym he worked for and the rest is history!

Years of athletic training, and 2 years of personal training. I am NASM Certified.

About the lesson

I will either sit down or have a phone interview to see what kind program will best fit that person. Once I know I will get the plan ready to go and get them started on their fitness journey!

I’ve worked with people ages 17-60. I am comfortable with any age!

Recently I went to the park and found a yoga group that does acro yoga and I never would have thought I would have enjoyed that but it was so much fun!

Every package is different for online. In person I charge anywhere from $30-45 an hour and the more sessions they buy the cheaper the hourly rate gets.
