About Fit
I am a 58 yr. old white female. I moved here from the midwest about 3 years ago. I specialize in helping my clients correct muscle imbalances that can be pulling on the joints and causing them to become malaligned. Thus you can suffer from plantar faciitis, knee pain, hip pain, IT band syndrome, rotator cuff problems, tendonitis, and even TMJ and headaches can be a result of muscle imbalances. I show you how to correct these and help you become pain free in your day to day life.

I love seeing my clients be happier because they are pain free and happy with their body again. I am a life coach as well, so everything in your life affects your physical body.
I am a BioMechanics Specialist in Corrective Exercise certified by Justin Price and Mary Bratcher degree in the BioMechanics Method that they designed about 8 yrs. ago. I am one of only 5 certified with this degree in the state of AZ.
I have many other certifications and a 4 year degree in Sports Science, but this is what I specialize in.

I watch people walk and then do a series of test to see if we can figure out the cause of some malaligned joints and pains that can be from that. Then I show them how to do some simple exercises in a step by step method that will help alleviate these problems.
