About Dan
My goal is to help everyone reach their fitness goals. Whether they’re trying to loose weight, build muscle, train for a sport or anything in between. Our programs will be designed specifically to what your goals and needs are! I have been personal training since 2016 and have been coaching football and track and field since 2010.
